Roquefort Topping

Use Roquefort Cheese for a Mouthwatering Whipped Steak Sauce

Bring the steak house experience home by topping your next New York Strip or baked potato with a dollop of creamy whipped Roquefort. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

Ingredients for 1 pint Creative Whip:
5 ounces Roquefort cheese, room temperature
3 ounces milk
2 ounces olive oil
6 ounces heavy cream

Preparation:
In a food processor or blender, combine cheese, milk, and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and strain through a fine mesh sieve. Pour into a 1 pint iSi Creative Whip. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
