Goat Cheese Mousse
Impress your guests with this tasty goat cheese mousse at your next festive gathering. Add a small dollop on triangles of nut bread and top with a garnish of sliced red grapes or chives for a simple but elegant canapé.
Goat Cheese Mousse Recipe
Ingredients for 1 pint Creative Whip:
1 cup (8 ounces) goat cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a food processor or blender, add goat cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer and pour into a 1 pint Creative Whip. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Put a smile on someone’s face when you hand them a flute of sparkling bubbly topped with pretty peach foam. A perfect signature drink for a bridal shower, Mother’s Day brunch, or any other special occasion.
Ingredients for 1 pint iSi Creative Whip:
10 ounces peach purée
2 ounces simple syrup*
2 ounces grenadine syrup
2 ounces peach liquer
3 ounces Processo
3 gelatin sheets, softened in ice water
Preparation:
Heat half the apricto purée and add the strained gelatin. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and pour into a 1 pint iSi Creative Whp. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve as a topping on Prosecco or sparkling rosé.
Note:
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water and bring to a boil. Cool and reserve as needed.

1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup mascarpone
1 tablespoon olive oil
lemon juice to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Sautée bell peppers in olive oil until softened. Transfer peppers to a food processor or blender. Add cream cheese and mascarpone and purée until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve and pour into a 1 pint iSi Creative Whip. Screw on one iSi cream charger and shake vigorously. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
